Each quarter we bring everyone together to celebrate previous wins, align our vision and goals for the remainder of the year, keep an eye on industry developments and trends, and identify opportunities to support our teams internally and externally.
In early February, everyone from our offices and project sites enjoyed the chance to reconnect with colleagues in different locations, reflect on our achievements in 2024 and set our intention for the months ahead. Working together ensures everyone is well-positioned to deliver the best results for our valued clients. We are hitting the ground running in 2025 and are excited for what’s to come.
We heard from our leaders, who highlighted their teams’ achievements in 2024, and where their teams are aiming for the year ahead. These insights deepened the teams’ broader understanding of how we can all collaborate across teams and disciplines to leverage new opportunities together.

Taking a break from the technical talks, guest speaker Ray Good from The Good Place led us through some simple yet impactful meditative techniques to improve focus, productivity and wellbeing. Formerly one of the top 100 DJs in the world, Ray says, “The best person to teach silence is the one who understands noise.”
Our people are genuinely our greatest asset, and we celebrated the 3-year anniversary of Drafter, Bruno Ribeiro, and welcomed Senior Project Manager, Peter Brown, to the 5-year club. We wrapped the day up with a celebratory dinner and a chance to reconnect and network with colleagues. Thank you to our leaders and attendees, all of whom contributed to the success of the day, and to our Events Team, who arranged everything and organised us all.
