Colin has a total of 23 years of civil engineering experience including, in excess of 12 years’ experience in Senior Management roles and 15 years’ experience in Project Management on motorway, rail and tunnelling projects. Colin was Construction Manager for Sydney Motorway Corporation on the WestConnex Stage 1B M4 East Project, a 5.5 kilometre twin road tunnel and Construction Engineer on the Cross City Tunnel.
